Clinical Supervision
Take the Next Step in Your Clinical Career
Are you working toward your LCSW or LCAS license and looking for a supervisor who will actually invest in your growth? Sarah Hacker is now accepting supervisees — and she brings over a decade of clinical experience, a CCS credential, and a genuine commitment to helping new clinicians find their footing.
Whether you’re just starting your associate hours or navigating a tricky stretch of your licensure journey, Sarah is here to guide you through it.

Why Supervision With Sarah?
Finding the right supervisor matters more than most people realize. It’s not just about logging hours — it’s about developing your clinical identity, building confidence, and learning how to show up for your clients in a way that’s sustainable and ethical.
Sarah approaches supervision the same way she approaches therapy: collaboratively, without judgment, and with a genuine interest in your development as a clinician. She’ll help you work through complex cases, examine your blind spots, and grow into the practitioner you want to be.
What Sarah brings to supervision:
- Over 10 years of clinical experience across a wide range of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use
- Licensed as both LCSW and LCAS, with CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) credential
- Experience supporting associates pursuing dual licensure tracks
- Flexible scheduling available, with both in-person and telehealth options across North Carolina

Who Sarah Supervises
Sarah is qualified to provide supervision for:
- LCSW-A — Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (working toward full LCSW licensure)
- LCAS-A — Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (working toward full LCAS licensure)
If you’re pursuing dual licensure, Sarah’s experience across both tracks makes her well-positioned to support that path.
